Orders ship within 3–7 business days. We pack each item with double protection to minimize transit damage.
- Domestic (US): USPS Priority or UPS Ground, typically 3–5 business days
- International: Available to select countries via USPS or DHL, 7–14 business days
- Free shipping: On orders over $150 within the continental US
Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days for unused items. Custom pieces are final sale unless defective.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Care
Hand wash recommended. Avoid extreme temperature changes; use with care to prolong glaze life.
- Mugs & bowls: Dishwasher safe, but hand washing extends glaze life. Microwave safe for brief heating.
- Plates: Dishwasher safe. Stack with felt liners to prevent scratching.
- Vases: Hand wash only. Dry thoroughly after use to prevent mineral buildup.
- Planters: Wipe exterior clean. Always use the included saucer to protect surfaces.
All our pieces are food-safe and lead-free. With proper care, your pottery will age beautifully over years of daily use.
